Excellent location, spacious rooms, helpful staff, many facilities, close to public transportation.

The staff was very accomodating. They spoke english and were very helpful with directions and taxis.

There were no 110 outlets only 220 voltage. Also there wasn't an iron in the room, we had to call the front desk. But they immediately brought one to the room

Staying at this hotel was an enjoyable experience. Its location near Kangnam station exit 5 and other public transportation made tourist sites easily accessible. the staff was very friendly and the convenience store and laundry facilities were a great bonus. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there was a gym and sauna available for use.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited.

A great small scale luxury style apartment hotel - everything you needed was there, it was very secure and quiet. We got lost trying to find the hotel from the google map provided as the location was incorrect, one of the staff came out to find us at 1:30am, thank you!

As the floors are heated, the rooms get very hot during the day when the room card is removed from the power slot and air conditioning is disabled...........the airconditioner in the bedroom is rather noisy and you cannot adjust the fan, it blows directly onto the bed so you end up rather cold.

Everything was good, design is nice, it is spacious, kitchen is useful for breakfast (they provide coffee and tee) and in the evening there is plenty of restaurants 1 min from hotel. Service is very good, there is metro station at 5-10 min by foot. Situated in very business area of Seoul.

Great location just a couple of minutes walk from the subway station and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very spacious and clean room with good wifi connection and a convenient store inside the building for essentials. The fact that the room has a washing machine with English instructions was a plus.

The elevators were a bit old and noisy, and the breakfast had limited options with certain items not always available. The pillows were too hard for my liking.

The room was really nice and clean, just like what you see in the picture. The hotel staff were helpful and could speak English. The place is also near to many food stalls so finding food was convenient.

The toilet is small and the distance to other shopping areas is rather far.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It is just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, making transportation very easy. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and cafes, which is great for grabbing quick meals. It also has a convenience store inside, so we didn't have to go out for essentials.

I like nothing about this hotel, It's really a big disappointment.

Staff are not friendly nor helpful (most of them). Rooms are not that clean. No WiFi in rooms, we must go all the way downstairs to the biz centre. Hotel is very ristrected as we are in a war!! No swimming pool.

The hotel's location was great, allowing us to explore the city with ease. the room was spacious and had good facilities, including a washing machine. the hotel had good public transport options nearby.

The lack of service, as housekeeping was very slow to clean our room and the staff were not helpful with our requests. Further, there was no option for smokers to have a room where they could smoke.

The room looks like a suite with a living room, a bedroom, and even a kitchen. It is wide, and very convenient. It is also very modern and design. I never had such hotel for a very reasonable price.

It is luxurious and spaceous and in the heart of Seoul business district.
